When submitting the product for repair, please make sure to provide proof of purchase (VAT invoice or cash receipt) and, if required by the manufacturer, a valid warranty card.

1. All goods sold in the online shop are new and packed in the manufacturer's original packaging. All goods are subject to the manufacturer's warranty periods. If, upon delivery of the goods, you notice that the packaging is damaged, you must write about it on the accompanying note of the courier who delivered the goods to you. Warranty service is carried out by the company indicated on the warranty card accompanying the product purchased, which also includes the contact details to contact in the event of a malfunction of the appliance. The warranty card must show the date of sale and the stamp of the shop. In the event of a fault with a product for which you have not received a warranty card, you must contact the contacts listed on www.artlitas.lt.
